This was done in a high school project of mine where we found a comic with close-up faces, and enlarged it. We gridded out the original small comic, and gridded a larger piece of paper. We then drew on the larger piece of paper while using the smaller comic as a guide. Once the lines were drawn, we then painted it with acrylic paint.
